Summer '08 - Canoe the St. Croix River!

This is going to be a blast, just like the Alumni St. Croix trip we hosted in 2007!

This Alumni (adult only) Wilderness Trip canoes the St. Croix River on the Canada / Maine border. Over the years Kieve & Wavus campers have taken wilderness trips but one of the most vividly remembered river trips has always been the St. Croix. Campers recall increasing their paddling skills on the big lakes and then putting those skills to good use by navigating the white water of the St. Croix-bouncing back and forth between Canada and the US as they make their way to Kelly Landing.

This summer you (and your spouse, significant other or friend) are invited to join Kieve and Wavus staff and other alumni on the St. Croix once more. This is your opportunity to experience a perfect blend of Maine scenery, moderate whitewater, wilderness campsites, and excellent fishing in the company of other Kieve or Wavus folk. We will supply the canoes, tents, cooking gear and food; you'll be responsible for your own bedding and personal equipment. The cost of the trip is $500 and will include transportation to and from the St. Croix from camp.
