Help Using the 2009 Kieve-Wavus Online Applications
Our new online PDF forms work well for about 98% of our applicants. We've discovered some situations where the PDFs won't submit properly or return the receipt to you (they will still save and print). See below for what we've learned.

Technical Advice for all users:
The online submit feature will not work if these PDFs are opened with any other program besides the official Acrobat Reader (say, in Safari using the PDF plugin).
To solve, first make sure that you have Reader v9 installed; it will install a newer plugin for Safari. If this doesn't help, please go back to our download page, right-click to save the PDF to your desktop (thus bypassing the auto-open feature of Safari), and open directly with Adobe Reader.
Apple Mac OSX users: We
have also seen where the Apple application called Preview is set to handle PDFs. The viewer is not capable of properly submitting the form data securely to our database. Do this: Download the PDF form, then drag it onto the Adobe Reader icon
(perhaps it's in your dock). This will force the PDF to open directly
in Reader. Alternatively, you can launch Reader, then select File:
Open and navigate to the saved PDF's location.
